Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy every Backroad Candle Co. purchase.

1. Eligibility: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.

2. Process: Email BackroadCandleCo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

3. Refunds: Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges; return for refund and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, personalized items, or final sale products are not returnable.
